burial pouch

by anne

I was recently asked by a hospital to donate burial pouches. I tried to make one but it didn't turn out the way I had hoped. I found some beautiful flannel backed satin that wouldn't need to be lined but couldn't find a way to finish the edges that I thought looked good. Can you tell me how you finish the edges on your burial pouches and do you add lace to all of them or only the girls. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
