Quilts & Blankets for Premature Babies

Hello to everyone!! Iam new to NIN. You may have read my previous message. I have read on other websites that quits for premature babies should not have batting inside. Also that the quilts must be machine quilted and not tied. They also have that premature babies should not receive knitted or crocheted blankets. Is this correct or just a stipulation of that charity? I didn't know if this pertained to anything I make for NIN. If anyone can please let me know I would be greatly appreciated.
