common dimensions for preemie/newborn blankets?

Hi everyone! waves

After I finish knitting the hat-and-booties sets I'm working on, I'm going to go back to knitting baby afghans.

So anyway, my question is: what are the most common or needed sizes of blankets?

I know that 'babies come in all sizes' but I was just wondering if there were any specific dimensions that you all followed.
