Convention Display next to Arch Chapter Table-Help

What chapter displayed their goodies to the right of the St. Louis Chapter? That chapter had a garment (blue and white stripe) that was similar to a Onesie. It had velcro for fastners and you could lay a baby on it to dress it. Appears that it would work fine for a baby with tubes and wires.

One of our volunteers would like a copy of this pattern. Can you help us?
