When I was visiting family in Wisconsin, we took a trip to ShopKo in Fort Atkinson. They had several boxes of $1 items near the front of the store, and among these were two-packs of pacifiers. I don't know if it's all ShopKo stores or just that one, but I thought it was worthy of a mention on here since I read on the site that they're needed.
