Thank you Jeannine. I had asked the CPA I use for my business and his answer was pretty vague so I thought I would ask the ladies on the list. I'll check out the publication you mentioned and call him again on Monday.

Thanks also for the advice about copying the receipt - I would have panicked if I went back to the receipts in a year and they were badly faded!
