If anyone has knitting patterns to make items in that size range, I'll gladly make whatever I can--it's just that most patterns I've seen don't say specifically what size preemie the patterns are intended for. What classification would the 2-4 pound babies fall under in the preemie patterns on the main NIN site?
If anyone can help me out, I'll get started--I'm one bootie away from packing a box full of things I've already knitted (and a few might be able to fit preemies, I really don't know) and can jump in for the preemie cause right away.
