I am new here..

I moved to Newark, DE 7/1/05 and have been looking for a local chartiy to donate to. I am not new to charity work, I just have not belonged to any local organization.
Looking through your site, I did notice there was a chapter of NIN in Newark, DE and was wondering what I needed to do to get started and where to go. Also..if I find I could not make the meetings, would it be possible to get an address or something where I would be able to donate my items to?
