We don't have a chapter in each state, but I know that the national office would love to. We do have one in Delaware though. It is located in Newark and the chapter president is Joanne Falcone. If you go to the link below on our website it will give you all of the contact information for that chapter.
I'm not sure how close that is to you but I know Joanne would love to hear from you. Our chapters can always use more volunteers and the babies can always use more knit/sewn/crocheted items.
