I am reading and listening and thinking...you want this board? Tell me how it will serve us into the future. History is good and wonderful, but we can archive all the patterns and ideas and keep them intact. What should this board be for? Is it for volunteers or for the public? What do you want from Lidia our moderator?
We will keep the board if we can outline a purpose and a focus for it's use.I am not one to let things meander without direction. We can have great fun on it, but what will be our goal for how it serves us. Make me understand what you want, tell me what are your expectations? How does it drive us into the future. Don't tell me what it did..tell me what it will do. I value the history, and try to learn from the past but I am focused on building the future.
Emotion and passion fill our hearts, but facts allow us to validate our actions. When both work hand in hand, then we know we have done the right thing.
Now give it some thought and let's outline how this board supports One Heart,One Mission. All ideas will be welcome. Get involved.
