I am so excited to finally be back and able to participate more here on the message board. As some of you know I had a little run-in with my car door back in September that resulted in a badly broken finger.
As painful, and inconvenient, as I knew that would be, I did not expect it would have too much effect on the things I was doing. Having never broken a bone I was ignorant of how challenging it could make things.
There were some setbacks and my Dr imposed some pretty stringent restrictions a lot of which included the amount of time I could spend on the computer as well as knitting. Since my job required a great deal of computer work I had to make some hard decisions about participating here as much as I had in the past. Unfortunately paying my rent took precedence. I still posted a little but not as much as I wanted to and I missed chatting with all of you.
The good news is that finally the restrictions have been lifted and as you can tell from this post - I can type again!
I am excited to be back and looking forward to all of you telling me what you have been working on.
