The quickset function on my Lord Matic partialy works.
the date can be quickset only after quicksetting the day first (turn crown clockwise). Looks like it is fixed somehow. Do you, or any other forum reader have any idea what is done to the movement ?
This watch is serviced in 2002 and the watchmaker could not get the right parts to repair the quickset mechanism. The "half quickset" was present before the service and is also present after the service.
