When you have a pair of aging eyes like mine, you will appreciates 40mm dials with very clear legible markings. At the flip of your wrist, you can read off the time within 1 sec. Seiko Black Monster is one of my quick examples but this recent addition - Citizen Automatic NH6050 certainly makes my eyes glow. Here are some photos to share ......

Watch packed in a nice retro box :

Simple layout on the dial markings makes it even sutibale as a pilot watch, maybe...

Crown has the Promaster Signature with knurlings that makes for easy rotation. Movement is automatic and allows for manual wind as standard for most Citizen movements. This is a plus for me as I can do away with a watch winder Also like the brushed steel finishing.

As I asid, the markings are superbly legible and I do like the unique hr/min/sec hands that are lookalikes to the Canadian Marathon SAR's.

And yes, the lume turns bright in the dark

Finally, here's how the Citizen compares to the famous Black Monster. To me, the 40mm case diamter is just right....

My apology for using up so much webspace here but I hope this Citizen watch did not bore you, thanks.
