Work? The charging unit works on a different principal than the method the Kinetic is charged when worn, your movement causes a rotor to rotate. In the case of the kinetic the result is a small generator charges a battery rather than the rotor winding a spring. I would think a fully charged kenetic watch would do pretty good on a Watch Winder once fully charged.
