So, after a day of doing this crazy experiment, I took watch of last night to let go of some charge. This morning, the watch's charge were of by 10 seconds ( it is giving a total charge status of around 20 seconds over 30 seconds ). So , I shook the watch for around a minute and BINGO , it charged back to 30 seconds. This means that the circuitry was not affected. My watch is still intact and no damage whatsover , as far as I am concerned.
I'll still put a disclaimer on this because I am not a certified Seiko tester.
Have a good day !
P.S.
After further research, Seiko Kinetics turns out to have an overcharge protection system. This could be another reason why the tootbrush charger worked.
