a tough little bugger you got there. I had a similar experience with a watch most would never think of as having this kind of survivability. Mine was with this blackout too, swatch skin that is also over 10 years old:





I took mine to Jamaica where it proceeded to accompany me on 10 days of swimming (pool about 12 feet), high-diving, snorkeling (no more than 15 feet), sailing, and climbing up a waterfall. The worse that's ever happened to it has a light scratch on the crystal and about a year later, the buckle cracked and snapped off (Swatch replaced it at no charge). I still have the watch and it is ticking away happily in my watch box.
