Bell Matic Question

I was searching for the deal I never seem to find and ran across someone selling "10 Bellmatic 4006A, button axles (stems) part number 8999926". I did a little research and the part number that I find for the button axle is 8999984. I guess my question is will the 899926 work on my 4006-6049 that will not advance the date when I push the alarm button in?

I also have a 4006 6021 and 6040 that I could use as parts watches. Would the parts of all Bell Matics be interchangeable?
