Hello,

Need some expert opinions on this.

The case back on this watch says 2205-0760 but the dial does not display the "Professional" phrase on it. Also if you could look closly, the bottom of the dial says 4206 - 108R, or something close to that... it may be 4205 but I can't tell.

Is this the wrong dial for a true 2205?

Thanks for thoughts on this.

Regards,
Daniel

Thanks for the feedback on this folks.

In future, I will be tuned in to the photo archieves that are here.

Hopefully, I will be out bid on the item.

Lesson learned..... don't play with the computer after long day and long cocktails !

Thanks again.

Yes, the only way to really tell if or what was changed is to get a look at the movement.

If it's a 2205 movement, then all is correct except for the dial!
If it's a 4205 movement, then all is fine except for the hands and caseback!

As far as the cases go, they are basically the same cased used for both models, and can be interchanged with the movement & dial of either.

Also as far as I know, all 2205 models have the Professional dial font unless I've missed something along the way on this journey into WISdom.

Hope this helps some,
Jimmy

the 2205, the 4205 in two case sizes! The pepsi bezel version 4205 is smaller like the 2205s. Geran has the black version and mine is the orange version....
