what is the best tool to remove links from Seiko & Orient bracelets?

Hi folks,

Can anyone recommend a good tool for removing links from an Orient bracelet? It's similar to the Seiko 5 bracelet, where the underside of the link has an arrow --> pointing at a little slot. I think this is meant to remove a little clip. However, I'm not sure if that is enough to remove the flat pin from the link... So, do I still need a link-pusher tool like the one here?
