Response to Airbrush Static grass?

...paint the areas on which I've applied static grass and have had some success. I applied the static grass and after letting it set up for a day or two, I shot the desired color onto the surface and it looked pretty good. I've tried this with small areas (vignettes and figure bases) and larger areas for vehicles and dioramas. Hope this helps, Dave
