Response to Name It

Well I have had a similar thing with Peddinghaus from Germany

Some time ago I became the happy owner of the Twin 128mm Flak. A resin and white metal kit... long out of production.
I bought it second hand on a Dutch forum. And when I got it I immediately inspected the kit... Everything was complete.
However the top half of one of the barrels had a casting flaw and a huge airbubble had stuck in the resin ruining the bottom section and the collar hafway to the barrel. I decided to tae a wild stab and send an email to peddinghaus to see if they hopefully had a barrel left somewhere from the old batches. After some days I got a reply asking my address detail and after a week I received a complete new barrel... both pieces of it. At no cost at all. That was really nice and more the I expected.

And also Friul stands in my list of manufacturers with excellent service. I was building a resin SWS from NKC for whch I bought Friul tracks since the resin ones were pretty horrible. I assembled one run and then started to do some counting. And found out I was missing a few o the wide tracks (4 or so) and 1,5 of the smaller tracks. So I decided to send an emil asking if it was possible for them to send me the tracks I needed to finish the run I still had to make. Again some days later a mail with the question for my address and within a week I got an envelope with enough tracks to make another 1,5 run.

I have a couple more but thes pretty much stand out. Mostly because I had not expected it but also because they didn't ask for any payment whatsoever. Really nice
