Response to Traffic cones

If you want realistic looking traffic cones with a minimal effort try looking at plastic HO scale traffic cones for model railroads. They are injection molded hollow in orange and they look like the real thing without even painting them. A quick oil wash and some dust and they are perfect for any modern setting.
