The "flak 20/37" probably means the one bunker design can accomodate both 20mm and 37mm flak pieces.

Tamiya makes kits of the single-barrel 20mm flak 38, the quad 20mm flakvierling 38, and the single-barrel 37mm flak. I think Italeri makes a single-barrel 37mm flak 43. So you have a bunch of options.
