I bought a book today titled Batle of The Bulge, Hitlers Ardennes Offensive, by Danny S. Parker, it is315 pages and has many cool photos and is very detailed as to each separate event, appendices with all units invilved, even a chart showing the weather each day!lol Has anyone else seen this book? I found several pics that have me wondering about my posible dio....
1 there is a pic of 2 sdkf 251s of Kampfgruppe Peiper, back to back, oner the mortar carrier variant, the other a PC? I was wondering if anyone has sen this pic, both are destroyed, the rear is too blurry for much detail, the front one has its right front wheel blown off and the armor skin peeled back, as I am stil looking into using my 251c in a dio
2 there is a pic of some hitler Jugend riding on a muddy road in a small halftrack, it is very mudy but It loks like a Demag? Can anyone let me in on these vehicles? I am not familiar with them but I can get a kit( the Italeri with a Nebelwerfer incl)dirt cheap(fre maybe?)
Thanks to all for the help Ive received thus far..now its just a matter of geting to work..................
