take party poppers top lid off and take the glitter and junk out. THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF THE POPPER IS PLASTIC!!!
fill it full of wattery paint. the next time you go on the battlefield squeeze it with the top lid pointing towards your oppenent!! i dont see why it shuoldnt work if you have a plastic popper. good luck!
