COC and Ted Kennedy

After spending a lot of time today and last night reading and watching and listening about this great imperfect human being, it hit me that he and COC had a lot in common. Anyone know of anything said by Carroll concerning Ted Kennedy? Great speeches, some moving, and at least one hilarious!
