I don't have 97, but I have worked on many spring guns. I would get Mr. Maccari's kit, either FT or full power depending on what you're gonna use your rifle for. Polish all moving metal part inside the rifle and if you notice any rough machined edges, go ahead and polish those as well until everything is nice and smooth. Use moly paste in between metal parts and velocity tar on the spring. Make sure you spend some time on making sure that everything is perfectly clean before lubing and assembling. Gun should work great when finished. If you are confused with anything or you wonna know some more details, I'll be happy to help.
