Response to Once again (copied from your other thread), this is my take...
So, tuning for velocity at altitude does not mean an increase in MV at sea level... That seems counter intuitive to me, but that wouldn't be the first time. I definately need to make some adjustments, although exactly what I need to do is beyond me at this point.
