Some of the guys here have had trouble posting pics from Photobucket. This is for them as well as for the newbies in here. I hope it helps.

For starters, you must already have a photobucket account. If you don't, you may join at http://www.photobucket.com/ it is pretty painless and fast.

After logging into PB, you will find yourself in the image upload area. Click on "Browse" and find your picture on your computer.

After you do this, click on submit to upload the picture to PB. If it is a particularly large image and you are on dial-up, it might take a few moments.

If the image upload is successful, you will get an "*Images successfully uploaded" message and you will find your pictures if you scroll down a little.

The pictures will come with three posting options directly under them; URL, TAG, IMG. For posting on this forum and all network54 sites, you may use the URL option. Click on the text box and it will automatically highlight the whole url.

Right click on the text box with your mouse and select the "copy" option (or press control-C).

At this point, it would be good to have your yellow forum post in another window. Go to your post and select where you would like to paste your chosen image (you may put the cursor at the end of your text message and just press enter.) Right click on it and select the "paste" option (or press control-V).

It should look like this when you're done with that:

You can then choose to preview your message to see if it turned out ok:

After the preview you must post your message:

That's it, your message should be posted along with the picture in it. I hope this helps.

This is the simplest way to post pics on this forum, there are other tips in this same thread that will teach you how to post multiple or resized pics if that is what you need to do.
