and I took a hammer to the cocking lever. It's not as bad as it seems. Just get the cocking lever to bow a bit, thereby pulling the compression chamber closer to the barrel. I tweaked mine to where the air hole in the compression chamber is just touching the end of the barrel. With no shims under the breach seal, it's sealing great and the breach seal looks good. Now the breach seal is not taking the brunt of the air blast coming from the compression chamber and the air is going right into the barrel with no leaks.
