Can I use my standard Air Compressor to Pump my PCP?

No.

Standard automotive air compressors operate at about 150 peak psi. Most PCPs are filled up to 3000 psi and will have to be refilled at about 1500 psi with an exception of a few PCPs on the market at lower pressures hovering around 1000 psi. So this is still a long ways off in pressure.
