used to be they would laugh at us, lately, the firearm shooters i talk to are intrigued with setting up for airgunning, especially when they find out the ammo costs a penny/two/three a shot.
they go bananas when they see this forum and places like straightshooters. was on the phone a month back with a guy about some machinery purchase, turned out he was an elk hunter etc., and he was very receptive to being able to set up at home for a quick and cheap hundred shots when the mood struck.
we are way ahead of the curve with our little toys. it's going to be a wave of new shooters.
