At high pressure, valve releases small amount of strong medicine, at low pressure it releases a larger amount of weaker medicine.
P.S. Maybe it should be clarified that the valve doesn't entirely self-regulate, but
follows a power curve which can be shaped by tuning methods to closely resemble
a PCP with regulated pressure.
