Guys don't believe the bs Crosman tells you This is Remington Genesis with a gas-spring(nitrogen filled strut) And they are BAM made copies of Gamo hunter 890/440 power plant. In fact Quest/G1/Summit/ Tac1/Sierra/Storm/Genesis - are all same Quest 1000 with different bells and whistles to them.

Just download the exploded parts diagrams of these springers from Crosman web site and see it for yourself. Gamo does it too with many names for their springers that is exactly the same gun underneath. In in any if these rifles you can put an Air Venturi spring that pyramid air sells. I put several into these Chinese springers for people, easy drop in mod.

All Crosman rifles are China made, all you have to do is look at the bluing and the materials used. I don't know how they get away with putting made in the USA on their rifles, but it is misleading to many people that are new to airguns...

p.s. I won't speak about the Marauder (because I did not held one) where it is made but looking at pics I think BAM has their hand in this too.
