Good starter pistol?

Hi-
I am looking to get into pistol shooting and was wondering what a good starter pistol is. I'm only 14 so it can't be too hard to pump or too heavy- I already have one gun that is too heavy! It would be good for it to be under 90 dollars. Single pump is preferred. I two I saw were the Ruger Mk1 at airgundepot and the P17 at pyramid. Are these decent guns? I heard the P17 is pretty good but is hard to cock. [Removed by moderator]
