Response to how long does it take for a springer to settle down?

Have you tried other pellets in it? A hundred shots really isn't enough to break in a new springer. It might take a few hundred (200-500) pellets for it to settle down and start showing what it can do. I'd just keep shooting and try some different pellets in it.

FWIW, my Chinese Beeman RS2 seems to be fond of the .22cal RWS Superdomes. But it did take it a while to settle down and start shooting good.

"Were it worth the trouble?"----"Ah, what trouble?"
