Not too heavy. Not a bad reticle with the half-mil marks. Side-focus that does go down to 10yds. The glass isn't bad for BSA. I'm generally a bit of a scope snob, and I was impressed with the glass on this model. All in all you get a lot for $250, IMO. Most scopes with these features cost A LOT more, and most won't do 10yds...
