Response to Another thought, a smooth bore barrel with threaded rifling

I started on one for the air shotgun, only expecting 'shotgun accuracy' but hoping for improvement on the smooth choke. I will post results when they're in. How about making up a whole lot with the same progressive twist and cutting each one a different length to give a range of final twists? Would save on set up cost.
