I have pushed 2000 pellets thru one of the guns I converted and stripped it to take a look at tolerances, it had not moved at all, maybe its due to slightly less power..its hard to say. I don't dry fire guns so maybe I will not see an issue???
Last outing I shot 400pellets in 3 hrs to hammer the seal, during this session power actually rose slightly with velocity rising from average 665 to 670FPS
I will keep an eye on it, i have a few done now with ^^^^ one being a really nice 20cal 97 that is loosening up nicely pushing FTT at 670FPS +-2FPS, this is the gun thats already seen 2000 pellets.
are you guys machining square Oring grooves or dished grooves?
