Response to The allure and overwhelming, desire to posess a particular new rifle.
I know you have some AZ Rapids; I have two, a .22 and a .25. I thought if I splurged and bought some high end rifles, I would almost be guarenteed to want for not. Well, that's not how it seems to work. I am left wondering if money spent somewhere else, or split up and spent, would have provided more joy. Heck I still have never owned a .20 caliber anything and I am personally curious about a MFR in such. It is of course regulated (never tried) and .20 is a good distance rifle with it's good BC stats, although from what I understand .22 & .25 surpass it at greater distances. I unfortunately can not buy and keep, my funds are limited and although I do have some keepers (5) I usually have to sell sitters for cash to buy more desirable rifles. Right now I keep telling myself NO MORE RIFLES! But I know I am saving for an FX .30 Royal Elite someday, and darn it I didn't even know about Edgun Veles pistols, that maybe a nice addition. Brinkley was killing me with his AR6 pistol he had up a few weeks ago for 6 or 7 bills with alot of extras and all. So, no Dwight, the desire doesn't end, but; I've said it before and this much is true. There are worse things to be addicted/obsessed/a slave to/desire/have a healthy interest in. Simple hobby?
