If you have been following my sad tale of the Speed that wouldn't, then you know that it's back to PA again, after they had it for a month the first time. They did fix two problems out of three, but then introduced a new one! I THINK that's progress, but since the returned rifle was so unreliable as to be unusable, I'm not sure.
But to PA's credit, Gene and Nikki were very nice on the phone, and promised to make the gun function properly (eventually [Ed]
). I think a large part of this is Evanix's fault, not PA. Perhaps it's the manufacturer's problem in your case too--such as being out of parts. (Even common O-rings can be out of stock.)
