Are they choked? Bought a .177cal R9. Don't have it in possession yet. How long is the stock length barrel and carbine barrel? Been thinkin about choppin/crowning off the stock length barrel a couple inches. I like my guns short and light. Will accuracy suffer by doing this, if the barrels are choked?

The R series barrels are choked. This reportably increases accuracy and makes the gun less pellet selective. Paul Watts has offered a choking service for the R series barrels at a reasonable cost.
