This is a continuation of my weighed vs unweighed observations from the post below:

This was taken the next day with similar weather conditions.

Here is the my untuned R7 w/banner 4-12 on 12X and
b-square rail bubble. All shots were taken fully benched as seen.

This is the set up from about 5yds.

This is the set up from about 68yds (just in front of target box)
My results with weighed and unweighed pellets was to be expected in my
previous observation. Now I wanted to see what cant be seen unless you have a chronograph.

That is a competition electronics prochrono digital chronograph in the lower
right. Target box way in background at 70yds.
I shot a 64 shot string earlier this year in May with unweighed JSB express.
Not sure of exact distance from chrony face but I'm sure it was between 10 -18":
This is a 65 shot string with muzzle 1ft from face of chrony taken 8/11/06 with weighed JSB express:
64 shot string: unweighed
min: 644
max: 662
avg: 652
ES: 18
SD: 4.81
65 shot string: weighed
min: 637
max: 649
avg: 643
ES: 12
SD: 2.28
That above and the previous post, to me, is more than enough to justify weighing pellets for MY applications.
This is what it looked like on paper.
Upper 60's, breeze of 0-2mph w/3-4mph minute long breezes.
I did not wait for weather conditions between shots and was not as critical
as previous post about shot placement since I knew going into this that it
was going to take me 30+ mins to shoot this string. Priority was the chrony string and grouping was just a byproduct.
65 shot group @ 70yds.
3.09" ctc
with the 3 wild shots removed (arrows pointing) group was 2.32" ctc.
all pellets were weighed.
I have been nothing but impressed with this rifle since I purchased it last Nov.
I was not expecting to be able to throw 65 shots into 3" and 62 shots into just over 2" at the beginning of this experiment/observation.
Then when I punched in the numbers for the string I was floored. That
standard deviation was just undeniable from the 65 shot string vs the 64 shot string.
All pellets will get weighed from now on.
Here is the scale and brief review from a previous post.
