Considering a move to Fla. Can any of you Fla. airgunners advise me on airgun shooting and/or hunting laws?
Thanks, John In N.J.

the Blackwater WMA. The regs say not allowed, but I spoke with two of the game wardens out there about a month ago and both stated they wouldn't even consider writing a ticket for hunting with one....of course, it's my luck I'll run into the one that will.....but I'm taking my chances and still do...it's a $40 ticket according to them....you can go to www.myfwc.com and click on hunting, and it will give you the regs....you can go to the WMA's and get the regs on each one of the Wildlife Management Areas.

So the fine for airgun hunting in FL is $40? Pretty steep.

and hunt ALL the time with a Airugun. i've talked to sherriffs and game wardens and both places said its ok.. as for shooting in you backyard, as long as your pellet does not cross your property line its ok too.
