I took video. The problem is that it rotated and one of the tails is coming out right under the bolt where I can't grab it. It appears that both of the wing tips of the HDD are sheared off.
I just held pressure on the exposed tip and pushed with screwdriver and didn't manage to slip and push it through my thumb.
There comes a point in life, Mal, when brute force is the only answer.

The HDD is CNC-cut stainless steel, but only 0.008" thick. If all else fails, you can put the tip of a punch or screwdriver against the rings of the striker and drive it out with taps from a hammer.
This may rip the HDD, but it sounds like it's toast anyway.
Email me your address and I'll write "1322" on a new one and send it to you.
I got it out just by pushing..... good new bad news

Then, I put the striker back in and padded the muzzle an whacked it using a hammer and the shaft of my six way screwdriver. It took a pretty hard whack(would have driven a 16 penny nail far enough into white pine that it would need a claw to take out) to get the valve to exhaust. I put it back together but must have gotten some debris in the valve seat and now it won't hold shut to pump up.

With the striker out would a pump stroke "plunge" it out the back? I can't picture the whole thing being held in place by those two screws in the end plug being the only thing holding it in place. I wonder what else was done to the valve to make it more conserving? I think I will attempt the seal fix and put it back together and chrony it before attempting to fix the check valve leak in the Axsor.
It seems that the HDD got twisted out of place and one wing tip got folded under. It wasn't sheared after all, but like a piece of paper you wanted to tear and folded over and scraped the fold sharp with you thumbnail(for lack of a better description).
I didn't knowingly break any of the care and feeding "rules" about dry firing that came with it but can't remember the total number of strokes when it was working but think it was 8 the first time and three to recharge or a bit less powerful followup. Did you have a tutorial somewhere on how to make the screw head telltale?
Remember the screw you removed to drop the stock? The other end of the stud...

...you unscrewed it from, screws into and holds the valve body in place. When you remove the stud, the pressure from a pump stroke is actually the easiest way to pop the valve out.
Since I don't even know who did the AC conversion for your gun, I can't being to guess what other mod's may have been done to the valve.
Sorry, re: a how-to for the pressure sensor telltale. There never seemed to be enough interest in it to make it worthwhile.
take a 5/8 or so wood dowel and drive it out from the other end
