S4/510 grease

I took apart the magazine indexing post as part of my regular cleaning and vigorously wiped off the dark greasy stuff in there to get rid of the dust and dirt. Unfortunately the magazine indexing is rather noisy now. Can someone tell me what grease should I use? Something easily available from Amazon or Pyramyd Air would be very convenient.

Does the bolt need to be greased as well? And if so what should I use?

Thanks,
Roy

Lube

My favorite lube for metal sliding parts is Lucas motorcycle chain lube. Low viscosity, sticky (stays where you put it), last a long time, slicker than snot.
