It looks like this is an ancient topic, so no current data or pictures. I'm just trying to not make any mistakes on the final assembly.

If you Google it there are some good diagrams but no step-by-step. You might try asking this on the Dianawerk Collective site. http://www.network54.com/Forum/184474

Ive been all over the web and DWC

For several days. Everything is old without pics or references sites no longer upand running. Or redirects to to1 or to6 triggers. Im sure I know how the parts go in, but there seams to be some condition of the sears that need to be set or unset before it will work when assembled

What I'm worried about is getting put together and having cock but not release and then having to disassemble a cocked rifle.

New seal, added some piston weight and a .400" preload due to the weight and thrust washers. Picked up 90 fld on the Diana 240 classic. Cocks and shoots fine.
Thanx for the help fellas

Just curious: what's "90fld"? Do you mean "fps"?

Good deal

The T05 is pretty easy to work on. The biggest issue for me the first time was the latch plates, they fell out before I could see how they were installed. But a couple members here and on the DWC helped out. The plates are stamp cut leaving the edges of one side slightly rounded and the other more square. From the factory, the rounded edge side of both plates faces to the rear of the trigger unit.

Would have responded sooner but been having computer issues sad.gif. Hope you got the plates in right. Would probably work either way but maybe not the best.

"You've come far, pilgrim."-------"Feels like far."
"Were it worth the trouble?"-----"Ah, what trouble?"
