Which lube on CO2 adapter threads?

I have an adapter for my 850 that lets me use 2 12 gram cartridges instead of the 88 gram tubes. It is getting a little hard to tighten all the way so I think I need to lube the threads a little.

Given that the lube will be exposed to CO2 at times, what is a good choice?

Any input is welcome.

Thanks
