RWS 54 problem

Yesterday while shooting I dropped a pellet in the loading port. I thought I shook it out by turning it over. But while loading another pellet I've closed the breach and smashed the pellet and it crushed into the bottom part of the breech loading area underneath where you actually load the pellet at. I tried to scrape and pull most of the damage pellet out but there's still some in that real thin area at the bottom of the loading area. Will the remaining lead cause any damage or affect my accuracy?
