size of o-rings for TX200 cocking lever?

What is the size and type of the o-rings often seen on the cocking levers of the TX200 air rifle?
I think they are put there to protect the finish of barrel above. Done, I understand, because the
little rubber bumper from factory often breaks off.

I think about 5/8" should do it.
Measure it with your calipers and subtract about 1/8".
Too easy.

The rubber button eventually fell off and I remade one without a small divot for the button. The "grip" worked just as well....

Either #8 or #9 will work. #9 is a little better. I have one of each on mine.
